Is there an add-on that will list and view (in text) files with a .LOG extension (or .NFO extension) in a folder?

IE: Something I could take a look and see the ripping log of a CD I ripped or the release info of a download?

I'm thinking right click on an MP3 or a folder and be able to view any log files (which naturally wouldn't be a part of the 'library' but would physically be on the device).

Does such a thing exist?
