Would you care to share the solution?

I'm having the same issue. A couple days ago I rebooted my phone and lost most of my artwork. Tried doing some sync's to get it to return, but that didn't help. The only thing that would work was deleting all my media from my phone and doing a fresh sync. Sadly this takes quite a while and after having to reboot my phone again I'm right back where I started with mostly missing artwork.

Thanks for the details, even though some are over my head. I guess there are good things to look forward to but it sounds like you're saying there isn't a solution to my problem now. Is there really no way to get back the album art that used to be there?

Also to clarify since its come up a few times, I don't have different art for tracks in an album. All tracks in an album have the same art.

To clarify things. MMA at the moment heavily relate to Android native media scanner and that scanner can introduce mixed/missing album arts.

We are working on way to better present Single track Album art, especially as in new MMA Album art search lead to much more positive results that trigger Android Native scanner limits. In order to prevent such limitations we are making our own scanner for future MMA versions and better Per track Album art capabilities which will allow showing track Album art even track belongs to Album that have or not have own correct Album art. MMW and MM5 already have that and thus this bug do not exist in these versions.

I admit I don't understand all the details there, but that scenario seemed to be where album art was mixed up or where one album might have more than one image and that was confusing the app. Whereas my case is that album art that existed and was displaying correctly suddenly was missing in the album view. And I don't have different images for individual tracks in an album.

Anyway, as I read it that other issue at the link wasn't resolved, unless I am missing something?

I wish i knew how to post an image in this system, but its easy to describe the problem. in the album view from mma most albums are missing art. In track view in mma all tracks have art. Not sure how else it can be described.

Can you please be more specific (screenshots if possible) and supply us Debug log ID from MMA?

After my last sync most, but not all, of the album art disappeared when looking from the Album view. But if I look at list of of the Tracks or in Playlist view, each song has album art.

What happened and how do I fix it? Thanks
