Just installed 2089, but this problem has been around since before 2088 (I just didn't want to report it in case it had been fixed in a later build). Anyway, when playing any playlist (but seemingly especially longer ones), if I try to use the Previous Track media button, it crashes MM5. It's consistently happening on the first song of the playlist, and seems to happen much more when MM5 doesn't have window focus, but it happens all the time in the middle of a playlist, too. All other media buttons work just fine.
