I see this will be fixed in build 816. Thank you!!! My current version of MMA is build 814. Do you know when 816 will be released?

Thank you for your reply. I have sent the Send Log. The LogID is 67BKMBAVAU. I appreciate your help as this is fairly prevalent in MMA, even though all artwork is there.

Hi,
PNG loading depending on System libraries, Not all PNG manipulation is available on each system.

Anyway can you please send us a log file when browsing MMA library? eg. When you fins Gray Icon and when you enter the list you see all Album arts correctly please tap on "..." -> About MediaMonkey -> Send Logs -> WRITE DOWN LOG ID HERE -> tap OK to send us a logs. That way we can see what happened and why it happened.

Thank you in advance.

MMA displays gray icon when artwork is in metadata [#14796]

Good morning. I have multiple instances where the gray MediaMonkey artwork icon displays on certain screens on my device indicating no artwork is available, when in fact the artwork is there. I am attaching a link showing screenshots of the problem. You can see on the Genre summary screen on the left shows the gray icon, while the artist screen on the right shows all artwork is there.

Also, I've noticed in MMA build 809 that MMA doesn't recognize .png files for artwork. I had to convert these files to .jpg. Any reason for the change or is this a bug?

Thank you!!
