I've seen FritzBox Routers to block WAN <-> WAN and even WAN <-> LAN Communication, and teh reason why you see it for the moment is till FritzBox Router figure out that there is new UPnP/DLNA port open and close it :(

Have you tried to use BubbleUPnP or any other Android Renderer apps to see if MMW see the Phone Renderer to push DLNA stream or have you tried to CAST to MMW from MMA?

With the same setup here there is no problem connecting (I did have issues with my Router for a while which required a router reboot for DLNA to work on the network).

Are you sure you've allowed to auto-sync file metadata from device to PC in the Device Profile?
