I see, it works correctly if 'Column Browser' is opened before doing the search.
But if the Column Browser is opened after the search then the bug occurs.

Steps:
[list]EntireLibrary>AllTracks[/list]
[list]do a contextual search ... eg type death[/list]
[list]also open the Column Browser[/list]
[list]close the Contextual Search control via its X button[/list]

Close the Column Browser ... is still filtered by "death"

Start a new contextual search ... eg. type song ... the filter is now filtered by "death" & also by "song" ... the breadcrumbs say EntireLibrary>AllTracks>looking-glass-icon song
