Ah, yes. That was it. The sweet spot is right above "List", when in vertical mode. Oddly, once in horizontal mode, the dragging "handle" appears. It's not there in vertical, which is what threw me off! Maybe we can add that for a future update?

Just Drag & Drop should work. I tried it and was able to move it between the 2 positions. Titlebar is irrelevant as that's for the Now Playing window to be dragged.

D&D works to the left/top of List on the Toolbar.

Correct. This was an option before, correct? Is there a particular way to do so? I've tried with show titlebar on/off. I've tried grabbing from the ends, middle.

I've been trying for about an hour now to move the context menu of the "Now Playing" window. It's currently sitting vertical on the left. I'd prefer (and previously had) horizontal, on the bottom, I believe? Showing Titlebar/move doesn't seem to provide any solutions.
