Hi,
I did a complete laptop reset and re-installed Windows, over the weekend. Maybe some Apple driver stuff survived, but I don't think so.
The E: drive (192MB) contains nothing.
The F: drive (~148GB of a 160GB HDD) contains only the .rockbox folder that's installed by the Rockbox installer (as expected), plus a Music folder that I created, with a load of MP3 files.
That's everything.
I can drag and drop music across in file explorer, no problem. I can also use FreeFileSync to copy music across, no problem.
Somehow MM is spotting that the device manufacturer is Apple, and behaving accordingly. Seems there's not much I can do about that
