Unfortunately, although the directory is there, there are only empty folders underneath, leading to the last folder, C:\Users\mmast\AppData\Roaming\EurekaLab s.a.s\EurekaLog\Bug Reports\MediaMonkeyEngine.exe, which is also empty. I did find the MediaMonkey.elf file in my MediaMonkey5 directory. I will open up a ticket and share it. Thank you!

Hi,
Kill MM5 Process from taskbar, in C:\Users\<YOUR_USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\EurekaLab s.a.s\ you should have some folders and files. Please open support ticket Compress content of that folder (Select all files/folders -> Right click Send to -> Zipped folder) and attach resulted compressed file to Support ticket, while writing down Link to this Forum topic so that issue can be better tracked.

I took my old iphone and deleted all the music on it and tried to sync again. MM synced over 20,000 tracks but still had 8,000 + to go, before an error appeared; Last Known callstack: script: file:///mminit.js Func: Undefined; Row: 309, Column 9 appeared. When I chose to send the log the MediaMonkey screen changed to all white and hasn't come back to normal yet.

Thanks for the tip. I think that's not the cause of the problem, but I don't know is. I will try removing all music from the iphone and re-syncing and see if that helps.

In MediaMonkey 5 you can use right click on the drive in the Collection’s > Location node and use Media Properties from the Context Menu to point the drive to the correct drive.
from: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... s-to-play/

The above would be best when the drive or OS has changed. File > Locate Moved/Missing Files should also work, but make sure you verify the matches.

If the songs play, they driveID has been correctly fixed.

Although I copied the files from my old D: drive to my new D: drive and placed them in the same path and I named the new drive the same as the old one, I also ran "Locate moved/missing files". I don't know if that fixes the "driveID" though. All songs I've tried are playable. Is it possible that my iphone is simply low on space? Is MediaMonkey trying to copy songs that are already on my ipod? If so, I would think I would get an error that states that the drive/iphone is out of space.

If you use an old database on a new system did you fix the driveID? In other words, do the files on the Sync list play in MediaMonkey?

Sync errors with iphone

Hi, I recently got new SSD drives to replace my old drives on my computer and did a fresh Windows 10 install, new MediaMonkey 5 install (where I had just started using 5 on my "old computer" but had only synced with version 4), I had copied over my mp3 files and the old MediaMonkey database from my old drives. I just tried syncing and had many "Problem while copying file" errors. When I looked on my iphone, the files with errors were actually transferred. During the sync, I noticed times when the transfer of files was at a standstill for a minute or so. It looks like the all the files were transferred, or perhaps (probably) already on my iphone. I wonder if I should disable or the old devices listed in MediaMonkey (I assume these are all stored in the database) and if I should remove all the music from my iphone and try resyncing. I'll gladly run the debug and sync again if you think I need to, but perhaps the issue isn't with the program, but with me copying over the database or simply my expectations. Thank you.
