Thanks for the work on the Dutch translation!

To answer your questions:
1) The option is missing because MM5 doesn't have tooltips for context menus due to technical reasons.
2) File Scanning/Monitoring is now configured via File > Add/Rescan . We may have to add a button back in Options since you're the second person confused by this.

Using two different builds, because I did not yet update both MM installations.
One version is 2304, thoe other is 2310.

I have them running on two different systems but both OS's are Windows 10 Home.

While working on the Dutch translation, I noticed that at least two items are gone from the Tools > Options screen:
1) Under General, the option to enable/disable balloon tooltips is gone;
2) Under Library, the FileMonitor button is gone.

First I thought the items were only gone in the 2310-version, because that is the latest build and the one I hadn't used before. But when I checked the other installation, I saw - to my surprise - that the items are gone there as well.
Now, the thing is that I actually DID use the file-monitor button yesterday and I did NOT update MM.
The only thing I updated was Windows 10.

Am I overlooking something? Is there something in the latest Windwos update that caused this?
The last Windows 10 update was a Windows 10 version 2004 update.
