Re: Locked out with Auto-tag...

HI, yes, there was a regression in recent build, already reported here: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=98481
and fixed as https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=17591

Thanks!

Locked out with Auto-tag...

by Timo_Beil » Tue Feb 23, 2021 11:59 am

If I use Auto-tag... from the Context menu, a window with suggestions opens.
After selecting a new cover artwork this window stays on top and hides the new dialogue, that asks for Original/New.
No way to go back to MM (Alt & F4 works sometimes).

Auto-tag details and options screens open behind main auto-tag list window

by iCaptnBob » Sun Feb 21, 2021 8:39 pm

The Auto-tag Options and also the Artwork details windows open behind the current Auto-tag list window. You cannot move the list window away because the options and artwork windows appear to be modal (list window is grey and computor pings when you click on the window) and you can only close the modal window by pressing Esc.

Reproducing this.
Select one or more tracks, then right-click and choose Auto-tag.
Case 1. Click on "options" button which opens the Options window behind the list window. Cannot see the Options window unless the list is small enough before going to options, and you can move the options to the side.
Case 2. Click on an Artwork item, which opens the Artwork window behind the list window. Cannot see the Artwork details window unless the list is small enough (very small, because the Artwork detail window is quite small) before going to options, and you can move the options to the side.
Cannot more the list window. It is darkened and inactive, but in front of the new window, blocking the window being accessed. One has to press the Esc key to close the new window.

Environment: Windows 10 Pro, 20H2 build 19042.804

Option panel opens behind the Auto-tag panel [#17591]

by sonymaster » Sun Feb 21, 2021 10:12 am

Steps to reproduce the issue:
  1. select any track from the list and open the Auto-tag panel from context menu (right click)
  2. click on the Option button in the Auto-tag panel
  3. the panel opens behind the Auto-tag panel
If you click on any part of the player (not on the Auto-tag Panel), the Option panel will come to the foreground.
