Hi, seeing your MM5.DB and the paths of the tracks in the playlist are actually paths like:

https://traffic.libsyn.com/secure/genea ... -id=679521

i.e. not downloaded podcast episodes, see: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x5zqob3ehvhfr ... 6.png?dl=0

So I suppose that for playlists including just local tracks (downloaded on C:\) there is the Send to > folders/device available, right?

The issue will be fixed in 5.0.2.2501 as https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=18242
Current workarouund is to download the episodes at first.

I've shared my mm5.db file via mediafire to the ticket.

Based on brief code revision I think it must be something with the track path, what is the path/storage of the podcast tracks in the playlist ..RLAP ?
Probably attaching your testing MM5.DB with the playlist '..RLAP' (as on your screenshot) to the ticket #2547 would shed some light on it.

Hi,
Can you please open support ticket, there we can debug things in more details?

Yes, yours has a whole lot more options.

Confirming my version is 5.0.1.2433

I installed again, into a new folder and ran the newly installed version.

Seems unchanged though :(

It is indeed strange, your 'Send to' menu seems missing _many_ items for some reason, see how mine 'Send to' looks like:

Are you really on 5.0.1.2433 ? Can you try to re-install it to a new folder to see whether it changes something?

Yes, I did manage to Sync in the end, thanks Lowlander!

It seemed easier with MMW4 though.

Select the Playlist (which shows selected) and then click the Sync Now button: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/WebHel ... Tracks/5.0

It's 5.0.1.2433 Gold Lifetime.

What would I need to do to Sync the Playlist from the Device Profile? I'm looking at the screen you see above.

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey 5 are you using?

Does the Playlist Sync when you use Sync in the Device Profile?

Yes, the device is connected (Master's IP) and viewable under Devices & Services. I've even tried setting the Sync list (Library -> Device) and ticking the playlist I want to send to the iPod (..RLAP) but when I then right click on ..RLAP playlist under Playlists I still don't see an option to send to the iPod. What am I missing?

Hi,
To have Send to -> Sync Device needs to be connected. Otherwise you can select playlist for sync in Devices and Services iPod profile settings.

Yes, I see it as the first entry under Devices & Services.

If I right click the Playlist I wish to send to the iPod, there are 22 options including Send To which expands to various options, none of which is iPod. Kindly see the below image:

The right-click > Send to > iPod (sync) still works for me.
Are you sure that your ipod is connected via USB?
Does it show as "Connected" under the 'Devices & Services' ?
