Not sure I understand, Bomb rating is back when you install addon. Only thing that is missing is My Rating representation of bomb icon in Context menu and we will address that in future version of MM5 because at current dev cycle state it is too risky to introduce delay of official release of version 5.0.4.

I also tested Bomb Rating is also shown in rating column when you drag mouse. Can you please elaborate what you arte missing.

As mentioned above, this Addon adds the bomb back: https://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/brow ... b-ratings/

Ha, ha, it wasn't clear to me that it's possible to implement bombs via an addon. :)

I do not remember all details that stopped me from using "unfinished" MM5. Perhaps now it's a good time to try it again.

thanks a lot for this new old feature! ;-)
I'm still in standby mode on MM5 for more than one year, in order to avoid to a series of disadvantages compared to MM4. But your new addon brings me closer to the jump to MM5. :D

The BOMB is missing in the "column filter"

In the "Auto-Playlist" area, the display is given as a NUMBER.
Hi Erwin,

Thanks for the report. I've fixed the issue with the column filter (available as version 1.0.1) but unfortunately it won't be feasible to change "0 stars" to "Bomb" in the Auto-Playlist filter dropdown. The text is controlled by native objects and not JS, so it would require a lot of changes & risk breaking many things. Sorry; I hope it's not too big an annoyance.

Re. Peke's report about the My Rating menu: Tracked as https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=19531, currently a low priority because this would also require some more complex changes (though more feasible than the Auto-Playlist filter)

Hello Drakinite,

thanks for this change. This corresponds to old habits.
I tested with the skins:
DarkMonkey 1.0.2
Materials Design 1.0.0
Material Design (Kn) 1.0
Metro M (Classic) 1.0.0
Metro M (Kn) 1.0
Monkey Groove 1.0.0

For me there are two inconsistencies with all skins:

The BOMB is missing in the "column filter"

In the "Auto-Playlist" area, the display is given as a NUMBER.

Perhaps you could correct these blemishes.
Many Thanks

Please capture the crash in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this happens in your setup.

OK, great, found the right-click drop-down, It would be good if this existed under properties as well.

Tried setting a song to unknown, using the dropdown, while in my 4-star playlist. The song disappeared - as it should, but also the program crashed. No message just became unresponsive to any clicks, needed task manager to close it.

With the mouse just in front (left side) of the Rating it will rate it with zero/bomb Rating. A little further left and it will be Unknown Rating. It works the same on the Player and in the Filelisting/Playing windows. You can use a drop-down like selector with right click on a file using Rating in the Context Menu.
