If I use MM as media player, it sometimes steals the focus from the current foreground app whenever a new track starts.
This is really annoying if you play a true fullscreen game, because this minimizes the fullscreen game and you find yourself on the Windows desktop. It's also annoying if you type something, and suddenly it stops typing and you need to activate your text app again.
The focus is stolen exactly the moment the MM player finished one track and starts playing a new track. Never in between. So I guess it's actually MM causing this, not any other app. Before I started using MM as media player (only a few weeks ago), this kind of annoyance never happened on my system.
It's random. I tried to reproduce, but I don't know how to reproduce. Sometimes MM runs a whole evening and never steals the focus, sometimes it steals literally with every new track.
Usually, it helps if I restart MM, but not always.
Using the integrated player. MM runs minimized to the micro player.
Playing back my locally stored *.mp3 collection. Not synchronized from anywhere, just local storage on the D: drive.
MM 5.0.3.2627
Windows 10 21H2 19044.1741
Just as I wrote this, it happened again. MM was running in the background but not minimized, so it's not a micro player thing. MM suddenly got to the foreground, replacing my Chrome. It's also not due to me pressing some hotkey without noticing: I was proofreading my text and my hands were not near keyboard or mouse.
