Thanks for the images/clarification. To answer:
1) I fixed the link
2) I suspect that the issue is that the 'missing' artwork is cached in MMW and looked up in MMA. To elaborate/clarify:
- In MMW, does '...And Justice for all' have a "diskette" on the artwork (in order to save it)? If so, it means that the artwork was looked up but never saved (which is why it wasn't synced) (aside: this could also explain why the addon that Zonky mentioned would help--because it probably saves all cached artwork).
- In MMA, is it configured to lookup the artwork of the currently playing track (but not save it)? That would explain why it appears in the player.
3) In recent versions of Android, the lock screen player is generated and controlled by the system. What version of Android are you using?
5) Yes, MM4 should be able to sync with MMA2 as in the past.
