Hi,
To work around the problem, you can problem use auto-conversion in MMW to convert unsupported tracks to a format that does play on the device.
But I'd still like to see if we can fix this. Can you tell me:
- What phone you're using?
- What audio formats are exhibiting this problem?
- What the log ID is for a track that can't be played (we get hundreds of logs and it's hard to match them to a given report without the ID) ?
