OK, I tried syncing OneDrive to MM using Firefox and it worked. It doesn't work with Edge or Chrome, but with Firefox, I was able to get it done. Thanks for your help.

I don't have any third party antivirus apps installed. Are there any settings in Windows 10 or Chrome that could cause an issue?

Hi,
No, unless you are prompted that for that/xome feature you require GOLD then it is fully working in Free Version. No hidden trials.

Also, I'm using the free version of MM, not the Gold version Would this affect my ability to access cloud storage?

Hi,
Do you have any Antivirus apps that integrate into browsers and could possibly filter out MM API Calls as false positive privacy issue?

OK, just to confirm, am I doing this right?

I am going to the "Devices & Storages" tab, then clicking on the "+" next to the "Storage and Services" tab and selecting One Drive.

I'm using Chrome, but I have the same problem in Microsoft Edge.

Hi,
As test, I tested with Firefox, WaterFox, Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi, but I can't replicate, for me it opens login/authorization page each time.

Which Browser is being used in this process?

Yes, One Drive is open in another tab in the browser and I'm signed in.

Is that browser already logged into OneDrive prior to trying to login in MediaMonkey?

I'm using version 5.0.4.2690 of MM.

Yes, when I click to add One Drive, my browser opens and I get an error screen that says "This page isn't working. Local host didn't send any data." That message is in a browser window.

Does your browser open when you try to connect to OneDrive? Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

Connecting With OneDrive

by steve92648 » Sat May 13, 2023 12:49 pm

I just downloaded MM5 and am trying to connect it to my OneDrive, which has all my music files. When I try to connect to OneDrive, I always receive an error message: "This page isn't working. Local host didn't send any data." I can sign into my OneDrive account fine, the files are there. Any suggestions on how to allow MM to connect to OneDrive?
