Ahh... I think you may be experiencing this issue:

i.e. when you look at the track metadata via the Playing queue, the updates don't appear, but if you look at the metadata via another node (e.g. Music > Albums > AlbumName > Track) then the metadata displays as expected.

Can you confirm?

Okay, in playing around a bit more. I can see my lyrics (though all formatting is gone) if I click the Edit button in each song and then hit cancel my lyrics show up

I'm unable to replicate this. Can you confirm whether sync is working in general? e.g. if you add a track to a playlist in MMW5 (that isn't on the phone), does it get copied to the phone and appear on the sync list?

I did sync. This has only been happening since the update.

Did you Sync after adding Lyrics? If so, a wifi or USB Sync and with which version of MMW (Help > About)?

I manually add lyrics to all my songs on MMW, but when I try to view them on my phone, I get the notification that "Lyric Lookup is available on a trial basis".

If I already have the lyrics saved, they shouldn't need to be looked up.
