some years ago, I bought the AAC encoder pack along for my lifetime license of Media Monkey. With v5, it seems that I can no longer install the codec pack. Do I have to buy a new encoder pack, or is there a way to tranfer the old license to the new encoder pack? I wanted to ask this via the help desk, but this seems to be broken, I cannot create a new ticket there.
