That is because of Change and request at https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=106808

It will fill Path in Add Rescan Dialog only if you pres INS at track that is not yet in MM library and will allow you to add it in Dialog.

If tracks are already in Library it will open Add/Rescan dialog for setup like you used File -> Add/rescan.

What do you say INS opens Regulaar Dialog and SHIFT+INS or CTRL+INS (Option+INS on MAC) Opens Rescan Dialog for track folder?

It used to be that if you highlighted an album and pressed INS (shortcut to Add/rescan files to library) it would automatically add the path of that album to the rescan dialogue box. But in 3066 it no longer does this and the path in the dialogue box is empty.
