If I got this correctly difference is in these for MM4 and MM2024:
1. Enable shuffle in MM
2. Close MM
3. Double click on M3U
4. MM Opens and plays tracks but they are not shuffled.

Am I correct?

I think the "bug" here is that the settings in MediaMonkey is already set on suffeld. Then when loading a playlist from externally, it loads that playlist as unsuffeld, while the setting is mediamonkey is set to suffle all the time.
And yes, the playlist might be saved as an unsuffled playlist, but mediamonkey setting should override that as the setting there is to suffle.

It worked without problem on MM4...

Yes thanks I saw, the idea was simply to load and play automatically at start.

Right click a Playlist in MediaMonkey itself and use Play Shuffled.

If I start a playlist by dble-clicking on a .m3u playlist, MM 5 opens and loads music, but doesn't play shuffled (enabled by default).
How listening a shuffled playlist automatically in this case ?
