If you enter your License you'll unlock the Gold features again.

Thank you very much!

Now, do a download for Windows 11, and just insert my "registry" key there, and that'll take me back to the type of account I had before?

Again, Thanks!

It sounds like you have an issue with your License instead of account. If so, please contact Support..

From old computer to new.

Greetings, all.
As the title implies...........Went from an older laptop to newer, had my Son do the "transfer" for me, and it appears that my MediaMonkey "account" didn't transfer over.
It used to be, pinned to a taskbar, and when plugging in my external hard drive library, it would auto populate in MediaMonkey, ready to do it's thing.

Not the case now.
Tried to access my account, and yes, couldn't recall my password, requested a reset, did same, still could not access my account.

Registered a new account, with slightly modified username, and naturally, it showed my previously used e-mail, "already in use.

That said, I set up current account, with a new e-mail, to try and remedy my dilemma.

Equipment: HP laptop, with Windows 11, ( which is a learning curve for this Boomer, and may be part of my issue(s)! )

Questions:

Do I need to download the current version of MediaMonkey?

If so, and with my "new" account, will it be possible to restore my old account to this one?

And to restore my previous version of MediaMonkey, ( was a gold account, gifted to me, in the early 2000's, best I recall!), may even have been a "lifetime" version.

Could ya's help a Boomer out, on how to recover / restore such?

Can supply old account e-mail and ( I think!), username in private, if need be

Would be greatly appreciated, and a good Saturday to ya' !
