I will try to guess what can be the problem, so far I can only suggest to make sure that you have the latest Nero version installed (and properly). I till post some more details as soon as I find them.

I am a very happy user of Songs-DB Gold. I only have one problem: Although Nero 5.5 is installed on my computer, it is not recognized by Songs-DB and I am told to buy it online. What can I do?
