This could probably happen when the settings for the output mp3 file is not accepted by lame (mp3 encoder). Does it happen with the default mp3 settings (128/CBR/Stereo/Normal quality)?

I have tried several times to convert an audio cd in .cda to mp3 format. To do this I am using the songs/convert songs option. After doing so I am receiving the following message file/track was not successfully created. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
