The issue should be fixed in 2.0.0.1061 and if it is not fully fixed we added number of debug messages to point us on exact point where it crash.

I tested on 3.5k synced and no issues found. As always in any case of issues log ID should provide more info.

EDIT by Rusty: note that build 1061 isn't yet live. It should be later tonight. Can you let us know if it fixes the problem for you?

Thanks for the report. The root cause might be that MMW4 is having trouble handling a certain file, but even so, MMA2 shouldn't crash. Tracking at:
