You would not use MM for 10+ years if there was no solutions, I checked and only ticket you opened was Ticket #5608 that auto closed due the no answer from user.

Please open new ticket and I'l try to answer and your doubts and issues Asap, please note in ticket how is the best/fastest way to communicate (except phone calls).

No app is perfect but even few concurrent crashes indicate a problem that needs to be investigated.

I have tried to get my mm5 working, but all is failing.
I sent a requested file to lowlander and got no response.
I have tried all the suggested fixes.
I use mm for my radio show.
I have to reindex it every time I use it now
I installed the debug version and send every error message but again no response.
I promoted mm to all my DJ friends and have had nothing but high praise about this product.
But today I was putting together my radio show I started about 5 hours ago. It has crashed or frozen so many times that I gave up.
I started using mm exclusively about 10 or more years ago.

But I am now going to have to find another program!

I hate to do this, but there are no solutions.
