Yes, just installed the current nvidia 'Gaming' drivers and it seems to have improved things. The flickering still exists although it's not as bad as it was and is a bit less noticeable.
More details... I previously had current nvidia 'Studio' drivers which were causing many other PC problems. So I had rolled back to a previous driver a couple of weeks ago. This seemed to have resolved the other PC problems. I believe the scrolling problem existed while using those 'Studio' drivers, but can't say for certain on that one.
No idea what the difference is between the 'Studio' and 'Gaming' drivers? Since I have no action games I chose the 'Studio' drivers.
Also, didn't mention this before, but when you scroll down the 'entire library' in list view using the scroll bar, the entire list window goes blank until you stop scrolling or get to the end of the list, when the file display returns. This still happens with new driver in MMW2024, but does not happen in MM4 or other apps I've tried. But I think the video drivers could still be suspect.
