User error. These were licensed .wma files that I hadn't played in a long time before I rebuilt my computer. Had to go into Windows Media Player and reauthorize the songs. Works fine now in both MediaMonkey and Windows Media Player.

okay...a little more clarification on the problem. I can not play wma files. The auto-tag function is also only failing for .wma files. For .mp3 everything is working fine (playing and Amazon auto-tag)

I reinstalled over the top and it did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Sorry not an access violation...just doesn't work.

I'm having the same problem. You see it after the download, then you go to something else and come back to it and it's not there. It shows the little cd in a case with the cover open. Kind of a silouette...

Have you tried reinstalling MediaMonkey? Just install it again over the current copy. If you did so, did it solve the issue?

Cannot Use Auto-Tag from Amazon

Whenever I try to Auto-Tag from Amazon I get this error code:

Access Violation at address 005DF314 in module 'MediaMonkey.exe'. Read address of 00000000.

Anyone know what's going on and what I should do?
