It looks like you just don't have Excel installed (or at least not properly), which is necessary in order to export to it - I will add correct error message to the next version.

I would definitely like to see any suggestion, as it can bring new idea how to improve Songs-DB!

Error when trying to export using Excel Script

by MiknLin(part2) » Wed Nov 13, 2002 7:41 pm

I am using Windows 98 second edition 4.10. When trying to export to Excel I receive error #429 and the message window points to C:\program files\songs-db-script\export.vbs Line 233 Column 2. I tried reinstalling the program but to no avail. Is there somewhere I can get the Export.vbs file to see if I just have a corrupt file?
PS-I tested 7 other popular CD catalogers and (at least for my needs) found this program to be the superior one by far. But don't get to big of a swelled head, I have plenty of sugestions for improvements I'll forward to you at a later date.
Thanks,

Top
