It does for me, it only syncs those songs which have changed since the previous sync. This is one thing on my Zens that never goes wrong. :D

Moving playlist without moving songs

Hai! I just got my iPod Nano 5g and I've been toying with it and MM all day! ^^

I was just wondering, to save myself some time, is it possible to move a playlist to the iPod, without also transferring the songs that are already on it?
Right now when I right click a playlist and send it to the iPod, all the files on the list are transferred as well, including the ones that are already on the device.
