Thanks, Lowlander.
Here's the field structure of one the spreadsheets with examples from a track:
Artist Art Tatum
Album The Complete Capitol Recordings Of Art Tatum
Title My Heart Stood Still
Length 02:56
Year 1949
Genre Jazz
Bitrate 99
Media 500WD-Z

Media field does display something different than "Data". The "500WD-Z" stands for the external drive it is on.

I hope you'll answer the following questions:
a- I don't see any other field containing path details. Should there be one?
b- If I desired could I change the "field structure" to obtain different information using 'Create Report'?

Media is the media where the songs are located, it will show the drive's name. Type (extension in MM4) is the field for the file type.

When I use File>Create Report I get an Excel spreadsheet. In the last column ('field') all that appears in it for my tracks (which are MP3) is the word "Data".

Of what use is this?
If anything, I would suspect that MediaMonkey would display the file type (e.g., MP3, WMA).
