zen touch vs zen xtra

I have a zen xtra and a zen touch. When the xtra is accessed by media monkey, I can edit by artist, genre, album, ect..., but when I connect the zen touch all I get is Music, My Playlist, and My Recordings. Is there a way to fix this?
