I can confirm that, it happened to me too after installing 2065. Also, the new ratings aren't written to the database or to the tags, so it looks like this isn't a display issue.

I select 1 track in now plaing .. go to properites and set the rating and OK ... this works and the rating is shown in now playing
I select multiple tracks in now plaing .. go to properites and set the rating and OK ... this does not work. The rating does not change in the now playing or ALL tracks listing
