Many thanks @Ludek, that's very helpful for me. Trying to push 450GB of music is going to be a long, long, long process. But this music system is by far the easiest for me to use.

You don't need to create an auto-playlist.

Just right-click the sync progress bar > 'Terminate'
=> the sync will be gracefully terminated (and resumed once you initiate the sync again next time).

I went to create a auto-playlist but the fields you said to do don't seem to be on the basic version. Am I going to need MMGold to create and use so I can sync as you've suggested? many thanks for the pointer it is very much appreciated.

I would suggest to sync in batches.

Try this:
1. Create auto-playlist with Criteria Status = Is accessible, Limit tracks to 2k and sort by Artist Acceding
2. Set sync profile for A10 to sync only that playlist
3. Sync
4. Edit Playlist and Make limit to 4k
5. Sync
6. it should sync only 2k of tracks
7. Repeat 4-6 whenever you have time to sync

All should be in Sync then.

I was copying and pasting but it's frustratingly slow. Is it possible to sync my E Drive to my phone and do it over multiple tries. It can't be done in one hit as it's like 450GB. So can I sync over several days adding my music to my phone? It's a Samsung Galaxy A10, and MMW (latest version) the MMA 1.3.6.0887. Thanks.
