Trying to set up sync with new tablet. Created a playlist with 2 files .. a avi and a mp4. When sync starts I get 2 VisualC++ errors as seen in this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/kth07ooq0rx5on2/2310%20error%20on%20file%20convert.jpg?dl=0
