There is an alternative input plugin on the MM website called MAD. Could I use that to get better audio quality out of my existing MP3s?

I have the same problem with my moto X. MM tells me that device is not installed. My question is, what does the media player have to do with Media Monkey?
Why would upgrading to 11 have an impact on how media Monkey works? BTW I do have media Player 11 installed.
