I've been using bubbleupnp on my android to stream my mediamonkey library over the internet. There's a windows phone app too, and I believe you can use foobar2000 to stream to a windows PC.

I'm sure mediamonkey only used to count a play once the track had finished playing, but now it's showing as played (and updating the playcount and last played data) while play is still continuing. Then, If it's showing as played and I pause the track and come back later and restart it will count it ...
