If the album name is missing on a track the album art is not displayed while playing in the android app.

Lately I've noticed that album artwork look up does not work anymore. Anyone else with this issue ?

Auto-tag and manual tagging not functional, get download errors continously.

Deleted a single file in MM5. But when synching to my phone the file is not deleted on the phone. This keeps croping up what seems like forever.

No. There are no other devices connected to the phone other than the car. The app is playing on Android Auto and when I unplug the cable to the car the music continues to play on the phone.
