So I could sync them to the phone, but not back to a new PC? Unless they were made on the phone?

I have playlists that select songs based on rating, genre etc. They update automaticly when metadata changes.

On image one, they all show up on the phone, ready to use.

On image two, Only two playlists show up to sync to PC.
