Best way to Manage music

Post by dfb8085 »

I am a total unexperienced person with this type thing. I wanted something easier to handle than iTunes which is junk. All I want to do is be able to rip CD's and tag them with info and put on a usb stick to play in the car. I have music saved on a usb stick already but I want to organize and make it pretty. What is the best approach?

Can you elaborate a little more?
At first, you make it sound simple (rip, tag, put some songs on a usb stick and play in the car).
Then, you want it to look pretty?

How do you mean?
How do you "already" have it organized?

A typical way is something like,
"X:\Music\Album Artist\Album\Track# Title"
or "...\Artist - Album - Title" at the title level
