Songs Cut at End
When playing MM continuously, the songs are cut just before the end as MM starts on the next song. This transition is normally acceptable because it smoothes listening. But when listening to a vocal recording it results in cutting the final words, which is often the crux of the joke. Is there somewhere an adjustment to prevent this?
Re: Songs Cut at End
Yes, under Tools > Options > Output Plug-ins you can configure the amount of crossfade time by configuring the enabled output plugin.
Note, that Crossfade can also be disabled per Type under Tools > Options > Playback Rules (although there is no Type for Vocal).

MM Cut the end of record when overflowing to next record
MM plays records continuously, overflowing from one to the next, which is good when listening to music. However, in the process the end of records are cut off, noticeably when a record is telling a humorous story and the crux is cut off. How can playing be extended so that the entire record is played?

Re: Songs Cut at End
Thank-you Lowlander. I tried both options, but with no result, possibly because the complicated Winamp instructions is above me.
Re: Songs Cut at End
Those are not WinAmp instructions, WinAmp is not involved in this. You can start with disabling Play > Crossfade from the Main Menu. This will disable it for all Types. You can enable/reenable as needed if doing so per Type under Tools > Options > Playback Rules is too difficult to setup.
