BUG: Extended tags deleted incorrectly [#18597]

- Have a number of extended tags showing in the properties window
- Select one and click delete
- It is deleted and the one that was below is automatically selected/highlighted
- Click delete again and the one that was above is deleted (despite the one below being selected)
