Album art missing on sync if Level Volume sync option enabled [#15791]

When sync option "Level volume when synchronizing audio" is enabled when syncing to standard USB stick, album art is lost on sync (album art stored in tags) for tracks to which volume levelling is applied. Tracks which do not require levelling are unaffected. This seems to be 100% reproducible.

Environment:
Windows 10 Pro (1903)
Tested with many different USB drives of different speeds (USB 2.0 and USB 3.0)
