Configuration item broken when MM db is empty [#15924]

These buttons are broken when the database is empty.

I did a clean (portable) install of MM% w/o importing from MM4.

I tried to configure. Those buttons where enabled, but did nothing ... ie. no directory browser dbox.

The problem was resolved when I loaded a few tracks into the MM db.
Want a dark skin for MM5? This is the one that works best for me .. elegant, compact & clear.
