Sync to Google Drive - config ignored [#16012]

I created this auto-conversion rule for sync to Google Drive, and enabled it ... this action didn't enable the Apply button (?) ... I started a sync, and the rule was ignored

Steps:

• create a new auto-conversion rule, #1 in attached image

• check the rule to enable it

• the Apply button state does not change to enabled, so I can't apply this new rule

• run a Sync ... the rule is ignored

Workaround:

• disable all rules using control #2

• re-enable the new rule

• Apply button is enabled ... apply change

• run Sync ... new rule is observed
