We can start advanced search by
- #1 using the "advanced search" option, in the dropdown menu in the global search area (magnifying glass)
- #2 using the funnel icon on the tool bar
You see that they initialise differently
here. ... option #2 is better ... in option #1 you have auto-created,
and activated, a search criteria line which seems to be trying to match any text field to null, so everything is excluded ... so if I press the "+" button, and add a criteria, you still show me nothing, because you are applying an AND clause using the line that you have auto-created. .... this is confusing ... your line says "click to set" ... I didn't click it, but you have set it anyway.
Option #2 is better ... when I enter, all tracks are still displayed, because I haven't create any filter yet
This option should initialise they same, regardless of how it is triggered.
