B2264 Columns on buildin views [#16897]

Hello there,

Using Media Monkey 5 build 2264 and encountered following issue:

If every entry in "Selected columns" are removed from a buildin view, you can't do anything to bring it back again.
The context menu "Choose column / Sort" is no longer accessible and under "Manage views" you can add columns back but they are not applied.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click node "Music" select view "List" then right click on any column an choose "Choose columns / Sort" from the context menu.
2. In window "Choose colums" remove all "Selected" columns" from the right side and click "OK".
3. Now the List view will displays nothing and you can no longer choose any colums to appear.
