2310: Error in converting files [#17551]

Trying to set up sync with new tablet. Created a playlist with 2 files .. a avi and a mp4. When sync starts I get 2 VisualC++ errors as seen in this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/kth07ooq0rx5o ... t.jpg?dl=0
