Mini-Player sometimes doesn't show full playlist [#17700]

If the mini-player is placed near the bottom of the computer screen, with the playlist not already shown, clicking the "Show Playlist" button on the player displays a cut-off, incompletely drawn playlist.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Switch to mini player without playlist showing beneath it.
2. Move mini player to a position near the bottom of the screen.
3. Click the icon in the player to display the playlist.
4. Drag player upwards.

FYI I just posted another, related bug for the just-released RC build this evening. If someone tried to fix the issue I was describing, I'm afraid they made it worse!
