When I try to sync with Spotify I get this message when Use Sync now and the option "Only include content that matches files already in the database" is disable.

Can you please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 30&t=86643 This will allow the developers to see why this occurs for you.
